So the first thing you need to know is that I have actually read and studied the Alice Bailey books for some considerable length of time. This website desribes the path one follows to Arthatship. I taught Basic Pranic Healing from 2004 to 2008 when I felt compeled to leave.I had a Friday night Twin Hearts meditation that eventually became open to the public from 2006 to 2010. The reason I left Pranic healing was based on an event that happened in the summer of 2008 a visitor from Victoria attended our meditation. As she was the president of the Canadian Arhatic Society I asked her to lead the meditation.During the meditation she jumped up and ran from the room. When she came back she stated we have to ground, we have to ground. She had never experienced a downpouring of energy before.The rest of the group looked at her in wonderment. When she returned to Victoria she told my teacher, who promtly sent me an email to cease and dessist. What ever was happening was beyond their comprehension.
 My teacher, a very senior student in Arhatic Yoga,had told me in 2006 that Master Choa Kok SUI stated that every serious student needs to read A Treatice On Cosmic Fire. She herself had not read the book. I had bought the book and was unable to read it. I read about ten pages and put it on the shelf. We started receiving the downpourings of energy in 2006 and they were very plesant. From time to time some of the clairaudiant meditators would receive names of the Ascendent Masters although at the time we did not know who they were.On the last Friday of July 2007 at 8 am in the morning, I sat for forty minutes in an extremely strong downpouring of energy and at the end was told two words, Sanat Kumara, which meant nothing to me. A month later after serious searching I found the name in the back of A Treatice On Cosmic Fire. I still couldn't understand it so I bought Initiation Human and Solar and a few other Bailey books and read them before I was able to make sense of Cosmic Fire.The Bailey books as stated by Djwhal Khul have a lot of filler and can be very confusing. I have read that book cover to cover 6 times and many sections many more times than that and learned something new each time. I have read every other Bailey book over the years and a number of them several times. I learned about initiations and that a level III initiation which is the first given by Lord Sanat Kumara makes the initiate a stepdown transmitter for higher energies to the masses as it states in the books. This is not an on demand by the Initiate but determined by the Ascendent Masters as they see fit. There is much more to this but it is not in the books, although I will say that your Kundalini will rise some considerable time , maybe more than a year before the level III Initiation and the stepdown transmitter effect is tied to the Kundalini rising, so I must remain silent on that for now. I will say on good Friday 2010 44 people sat and enjoyed the energy of Lord Christ during a Twin Hearts meditation although they were not told it was Christ Consciousness.
